Shipping

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress.
Returns
  • Return Window: We want you to love your pearl jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund or exchange.
  • Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, certificates and accessories. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or have been altered in any way.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
